FAQ's

  1. ​​​How do I order one of your products?  ​You can order by phone, email, or going to the Order/Quote page.  After I receive your information, together, we will work out the details.
  2. How do you ship?  I ship by USPS Priority mail in the majority of orders, unless it is an odd dimension or size restricts or you need a rush.
  3. Do you ship internationally?  ​Yes.
  4. What is the turn around time on an order?   It is about 2-4 weeks.  Each item ordered is hand tooled and built.  So it does take a little time to build each unique project.
  5. I see you personalize with names and initials, can you do numbers and dates too?  Yes.
  6. I need a custom order done before your normal turn around, can I get it before?  Yes,  I can do a rush order, but it will cost extra, $50, since I would have to bump it ahead of some other orders.
  7. Are all your products handmade?  Yes.  Everything is cut from genuine top grain leather, hand tooled, colored and assembled by hand.
  8. What is the difference between hand saddle stitching and machine stitching?  Machine stitching is a lock stitch.  If the stitch breaks or is cut, it can potentially unravel.  Hand saddle stitch is a heavier stitch and if it is broken or cut, it will only undo one stitch.  I've never had a complaint about either stitching coming undone.
  9. Can you do other stitching, like double loop or australian round stitching on your wallets?  Yes I can, but it does cost extra because of the extra time and material involved.
  10. My motorcycle club has a logo or colors I would like put on a wallet or other item, can you do that?  Yes, just contact me through the quote page, where you can upload pics and images, and I will get back with you to hammer out the details
  11. Can I order several of the same product and only change the name or initials on each?  Definitely.  That is what personalized and customized work is all about.
  12. I have an idea for a project but I don't see anything like it on your website, will you quote it?  Yes, go to the quote page and supply all the information possible or give me a call and we can work out the details. We are only limited by our imaginations.
  13. Are the prices on your website solid?  The prices are close estimates depending on what your customization needs are.
  14. Do you do repair work on leather not made at your shop?  Yes, I do.  Just contact me and let me know what it is and I will tell you if I can do it for you.


If you have any custom work, the process is very simple:

  1. Contact me and let me know the custom leather creation that's on your mind.
  2. I will make sure your order is very clear in my mind and the I will give you an estimate for the build.
  3. Upon full payment for your design, I will begin your order.  Depending on the complexity of your request, I will need approximately 2-4 weeks to complete your order.  Most of my products are shipped USPS Priority Mail.


Remember, even on my custom orders, my warranty is very simple:


"I stand behind every custom leather item I make.  If you are not satisfied with your custom leather item, you can return it for a replacement or refund.  If your custom leather item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time."
